Privacy Policy
Last Updated: Jan 27, 2026
Playgram, Inc. (hereinafter “Playgram”, "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI collaboration platform, including our "Infinite Memory" system and multi-model chat interface (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide our "platform that remembers everything" functionality and to facilitate seamless collaboration across multiple AI models.
- Account Information: Name, email address, password, and organization details (for paid Plans).
- Billing Information: If you subscribe to our paid Plans, our third-party payment processor collects payment method details. We do not store full credit card numbers.
- User Content (The "Memory"): To enable our Infinite Memory System (Team, Project, and Personal Memory), we process:
- Chat History: Your interactions with various AI models.
- Documents & Knowledge: Files, rules, and text you upload or input.
- Usage Data: Logs, interaction duration, models used, and feature usage.
- Device & Connection Data: IP address, browser type, operating system.
- Cookies: (See Section 5 below).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to deliver enterprise-grade productivity:
- Service Delivery: To route your prompts to the selected AI models (e.g., GPT-5, Claude 4, DeepSeek) and return generated responses.
- Context Maintenance: To maintain the "Infinite Memory" index, allowing you to switch between models or sessions without losing context.
- Security & Infrastructure: To route all requests through our secure US-based gateway, ensuring data sovereignty and monitoring for security threats using SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.
- Billing: To calculate usage-based costs for AI model consumption and storage.
We do not use your proprietary Team, Project, or Personal Memory data to train the public foundation models of our third-party AI providers. Your data is isolated and used only to generate responses within your specific workspace context.
3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
Playgram acts as a unified interface for multiple AI technologies.
To generate responses, we transmit prompt data to AI model providers based on your selection (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Alibaba Cloud, DeepSeek).
Data Sovereignty & US Gateway: For models originating outside the US (e.g., DeepSeek, Qwen), we utilize a secure US Gateway. This means your data is processed on infrastructure physically located within the United States or controlled by US entities, ensuring it is not directly transmitted to foreign jurisdictions such as China during standard inference, subject to the provider's specific hosting terms.
We share data with vendors who help us operate (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors, customer support tools) under strict confidentiality agreements.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Playgram, our users, or others.
4. Enterprise Workspace & Administrator Access
If you use Playgram as part of a team or enterprise account (e.g., your employer), your organization owns the workspace data. Administrators have specific access rights:
- Team & Project Memory: Admins and designated users can view, edit, and export all content saved to "Team" or "Project" memory levels.
- Usage Analytics: Admins have access to detailed analytics dashboards that report your individual adoption rates, query volume, and model preferences to track productivity.
- Personal Memory: While "Personal Memory" is designed for your private context, please note that Personal Memory is logically separated and not accessible to other team members, though it remains subject to the organization's data retention policies.
5. Data Retention
We retain your "Memory Data" (Team, Project, and Personal context) for as long as necessary to provide the Service. Because our billing applies at the organization level, our retention policy is tied to the status of your Workspace rather than individual user logins:
- Paid Workspaces: As long as your Workspace remains in good standing (i.e., valid payment method and monthly fees paid), we retain all data for all users within that Workspace indefinitely, regardless of individual user activity.
- Unpaid/Inactive Workspaces: If your Workspace enters a delinquent state (e.g., failed payment) or is on a Free Plan where the entire Workspace has been inactive for more than one month, we reserve the right to delete the workspace data to free up resources.
- User Control: You may delete specific "memories" (e.g., a specific project context) at any time. Upon deletion, data is removed from our active systems immediately and from backups within a reasonable timeframe. To permanently delete your Workspace and all associated "Memory Data," the Workspace Owner must submit a written request to support@playgram.ai.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.
- Essential Cookies: Required for the operation of the Service (e.g., keeping you logged in).
- Functionality Cookies: Remember your preferences.
- Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the platform to improve performance.
Your Choice: You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, some parts of our Service may not function properly.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location (including residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, or the EEA/UK), you may have specific rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Know/Access: You may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected.
- Right to Delete: You may request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Data Portability: You may request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale: Playgram does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.
To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@playgram.ai. We will verify your request to ensure security.
8. Security
We prioritize the security of your data by utilizing industry-leading cloud infrastructure and AI providers. While no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we leverage the following measures through our trusted technology partners:
- Secure Infrastructure: Our platform is hosted on secure cloud services (e.g., Bubble, AWS) and utilizes specialized database providers (e.g., Weaviate) that maintain strict security certifications, including SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance. We do not maintain physical servers on-premises.
- Encryption:
- In Transit: All data transmitted between your device, our platform, and our AI providers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 or higher.
- At Rest: Your "Memory" data and account details are stored using enterprise-grade encryption standards (such as AES-256) managed by our cloud storage and database providers.
- Vendor Management: We strictly vet all sub-processors (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LiteLLM). We utilize secure API gateways to ensure that your prompt data is routed directly to the model providers without unnecessary intermediate storage, and we do not use your data to train our own models.
- International Models: For AI models originating outside the US (e.g., DeepSeek, Qwen), we enforce the use of US-based gateways. This ensures that your data remains processed on infrastructure located within the United States and is not transmitted to foreign jurisdictions (such as China) during inference.
- Access Control: Access to your data within our organization is limited to authorized personnel who require it to perform their job duties (e.g., customer support) and is governed by strict confidentiality obligations.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Service is intended for professionals and individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
