Getting Started

Pricing & Billing
Playgram operates on a usage-based credit system combined with a subscription. You choose a monthly or annual plan that gives your team a "pool" of credits. Every time you chat with an AI model or use a tool, credits are deducted from this shared balance based on the specific model, tool, and the amount of content processed.
A credit is the internal currency of Playgram. Usage costs vary depending on the model you select (e.g., GPT-5.2 costs more than GPT-5) and tools you use.
It depends on your billing cycle: Monthly Plans: Unused credits roll over to the next month! They remain valid for one additional month. Note: The maximum amount you can roll over is equal to your plan's next month limit. Annual Plans: Credits are issued as a large annual pool. They do not roll over to the next year if unused by the renewal date.
If your balance hits zero, paid models (like ChatGPT-5.2 or Gemini 3 Pro) will stop processing requests. Free models (DeepSeek & Grok 4.1 Fast without web search) remain fully functional, so your team is never completely blocked. You can also upgrade your plan. In this case you will be charged the difference between your new and current plans, and the additional credits will be added to your balance instantly.
Yes, you can adjust your plan at any time in the Billing Center. Monthly Upgrades: You are charged the full difference between your new and current plan for the current month. The difference in credits between the two plans is added to your balance immediately. Annual Upgrades: You are charged a prorated difference based on the number of months left in your billing cycle. You receive a prorated amount of additional credits immediately. Downgrades: Apply at the start of the next billing cycle. You keep your current limits until the period ends.
Yes. Monthly to Annual: The switch happens at your next monthly renewal date. You will then be charged the annual rate and receive your yearly credit pool. Annual to Monthly: The switch happens at the end of your current paid year. Any remaining annual credits will expire, and you will start a new monthly cycle with a monthly credit pool.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within the first 30 days and request a refund, we will provide a full refund and downgrade your workspace to Free immediately. If you cancel after 30 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period. No refund is issued, but you retain access to your credits until the term expires.
We provide a 14-day grace period. During this time: You can still use any rollover credits from the previous month. You can still use the free models (DeepSeek/Grok without web search). New monthly credits are paused until payment succeeds. If payment is not resolved after 14 days, the workspace is suspended, and only the Owner can access it to update billing details.
Memory & Context
Unlike standard AI tools that "forget" previous conversations once the window closes, Playgram builds a persistent knowledge base. It remembers past decisions, uploaded documents, code snippets, and brand guidelines. As your team works, the AI gets smarter about your specific context, eliminating the need to constantly re-brief the models.
We use a smart memory algorithm that automatically performs context retrieval based on your current task. It intelligently scans your Team, Project, and Personal memory layers to pull relevant background information, ensuring the AI's answers are tailored to your company's reality, not just general knowledge.
AI Models & Features
Different models excel at different tasks. For example, Gemini might be better for creative writing and nuance, while Claude might be preferable for coding tasks. Playgram allows you to switch models instantly within the same chat to leverage the unique "superpower" of each AI without losing context.
No. This is one of Playgram's core features. You can start a complex strategy document with Claude, switch to Gemini for a logic check, and then use ChatGPT to format the output. This all happens within a single, continuous conversation thread.
Instead of managing separate subscriptions for ChatGPT, Claude, and Google for every employee, which creates data silos and high costs, Playgram consolidates everything. Your team gets access to all these underlying technologies in one unified interface with a shared memory.
Security & Privacy
Absolutely not. Playgram operates with a strict zero-retention policy regarding model training. Your data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any foundational models. This applies whether the model is from OpenAI, Anthropic, or others. Your intellectual property remains 100% yours.
We prioritize data sovereignty. All requests, including those to open-source models like DeepSeek or Qwen, are processed through our secure U.S. infrastructure. We ensure zero data is sent to foreign servers, making Playgram suitable for teams in regulated industries like finance, legal, and healthcare.
We utilize a strict permission hierarchy. While "Team Memory" is shared, "Personal Memory" is private to the individual user. "Project Memory" is restricted only to members invited to that specific project space. This ensures information flows where it's needed but stays secure where it's not.
We prioritize enterprise-grade security at every level. Your data is encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) using infrastructure that adheres to strict compliance standards like SOC 2 Type II. Crucially, we use US-based gateways for all AI models, including international ones like DeepSeek and Qwen, ensuring your data is never processed on foreign servers. Furthermore, we enforce a strict policy where your data is never used to train AI models.
Team & Usage
No. We do not impose any message caps (e.g., 40 messages/3 hours). Your usage is limited only by your plan's total monthly or annual credits. This means your team can work intensively during crunch times without hitting arbitrary "cooling off" walls often found in other subscriptions.
No. Unlike most SaaS tools that charge per seat, Playgram does not use per-seat pricing. You simply subscribe to a plan, which includes a monthly allowance of credits for your entire team to share. This allows you to onboard your entire organization without worrying about escalating per-user fees.
Playgram provides a comprehensive analytics dashboard that breaks down exactly how your organization is using AI. You can see which models are most popular, identify power users, and spot those that might need more training.
